So why are we different ?

Price:
We charge a fair price for a good service. Neither landlords nor tenants are charged registration fees and there are no fees for renewing contracts every six months. As we wish to remain a small agency we do not charge VAT.

Finding tenants:
As a result of our success at finding suitable tenants, we have prospective tenants waiting and almost nothing to show them.

Property management:
In our experience, if tenants are looked after by their agency then they not only take more care of the property but they also stay longer. This minimises voids and tenant changes.

If tenants raise an issue with us, we always resolve it as quickly as possible. We have access to a network of tradesmen who have demonstrated their reliability and fair-pricing to us over the past few years.

We are available from early in the morning until well into the evening, 7 days per week to deal with any issues that arise.
