Registration fees

We charge NO registration fees.
We charge NO fees for preparing property details.
If we don't find you a tenant, then you pay nothing.

Tenant find

£250 flat fee for finding you a suitable tenant.
We charge NO extra fees for preparing the tenancy agreement.
We make a small additional charge for preparing a detailed inventory for a fully furnished property. Price is dependent on property size.

Full Management / Rent Collection

Full Management at 10% of rent collected

We make NO charge for renewing a tenancy agreement

Other fees

We charge a premium of 10% on any redecoration/refurbishment works that we arrange and carry out on your behalf between tenancies.
In the event that a tenant introduced by the the Agent purchases the property, commission shall be payable to the agent on the completion of the sale at the rate of 1.0% of the sale price

VAT

Currently our prices are NOT subject to VAT.
