We charge a standard flat rate of 1% for selling a property as a sole agent or 1.5% if you are using multiple agents.

There is currently no VAT to add to this as we are still a small company.

There are no registration fees or charges for preparing your property details.

We don't attempt to tie you in for long exclusivity periods - if you later decide you don't want to use us then just let us know.

Adevrtising will be via our own website, local newspapers, other national property websites and other methods as appropriate.
